Payment Methods

GreatMascot accepts payments through PayPal, including eligible credit and debit card options offered by PayPal. Review your order details and final total before completing payment.

PAYPAL

Pay with your PayPal account

Select PayPal at checkout and follow the prompts to sign in. Review the amount and choose from the funding options available in your PayPal account, then confirm your payment.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS

Pay by credit or debit card

Select PayPal at checkout and choose a credit or debit card option if it appears on the PayPal payment screen.

When PayPal offers guest checkout, you may be able to pay without signing in to or creating a PayPal account. This option is not available for every order: availability depends on PayPal, your location, and the transaction. If guest checkout is not shown, follow PayPal's account instructions.

Confirm your order and payment

Before paying, check:

Your products Your selected products, options, and customization requirements.
Your details Your billing and delivery details.
Your total The selected currency, shipping charge, and final order total.

Full payment is required before production begins. We confirm your order and begin production once full payment is confirmed and the necessary order details have been agreed.

If a payment fails or remains pending

Check your PayPal payment status and any payment confirmation email before trying again. If you have been charged, see a pending payment, or are unsure whether payment was completed, contact us before making another payment. We can help check the order status and avoid duplicate payments.

If your card is declined, check the details entered on PayPal's payment screen. PayPal or your card issuer can help with payment restrictions or authorization issues.

Payment information and privacy

PayPal processes your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. GreatMascot receives payment confirmations and transaction information needed to manage your order; we do not store your full card number or card security code.

Please do not send card numbers, card security codes, PayPal passwords, or one-time verification codes to customer support. Read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle customer and order information.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original PayPal payment within 3 working days after approval. This is the time for us to issue the refund. PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer may need additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Contact our team with your order number, if available, and a brief description of the issue. You may include the PayPal transaction reference or a screenshot of the error, with sensitive payment details removed.
