Send Your Design References

For color changes or a logo on an existing GreatMascot product, select Custom Colors when ordering and send us the product link along with your color and logo details. For a fully custom mascot, send your own reference images or artwork.

Photos, drawings, and digital artwork help explain the character you want. Include different views and close-ups where available, and identify which details must be preserved.

• Character and shape: describe the head, expression, body, ears, tail, clothing, and other defining features.
• Colors: identify the color for each part. Include Pantone/PMS codes or brand color references if you have them.
• Logo and lettering: send the clearest original artwork available, with the exact text, preferred placement, and approximate size.
• Requested changes: explain any additions, removals, or changes to an existing costume, including accessories.
• Quantity: tell us how many costumes you need and whether they should be identical.

If your idea is still taking shape, send a description and the references you already have. We can review what further information is needed to confirm your design.

Provide Wearer and Event Details

Include the wearer's height and general build with your inquiry. Height, weight, chest, and waist information can help us review sizing. For a custom design, ask which measurements are needed before taking a full set, and label all measurements in centimeters or inches.

Provide actual body measurements rather than adding your own allowance for extra room. If several people will share the costume, give their height and size range so we can assess whether one fit is suitable.

Tell us how the mascot will be used, such as walking, dancing, meeting guests, or appearing at an indoor or outdoor event. Mention any movement, visibility, ventilation, or accessory requirements for review; availability depends on the design.

Include your delivery country, postal code, event date, and preferred arrival date. Contact us before ordering for a fixed deadline so production and shipping can be considered together.

Confirm Your Customization Option and Order Details

For color changes and logo customization on any existing GreatMascot product, select Custom Colors. This adds USD 45.99 to the original product price.

For a fully custom mascot costume based on your own images or artwork, place your order through the Custom Mascot Costume page at USD 779.

If the price does not fit your budget, email sale@greatmascot.com to discuss your design and pricing before placing an order. Check that your order details cover:

• The design and requested changes, including colors, logo placement, and lettering.
• Wearer measurements and the intended fit.
• Quantity, included costume pieces, and any agreed accessories.
• The price, currency, shipping method, shipping charge, and total payable.
• The estimated production schedule and delivery timing.

Ask us to clarify anything missing or unclear. Do not assume a feature is included unless it appears in the agreed specifications.

GreatMascot accepts PayPal, credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Available payment options may vary by device, browser, country or region, card issuer, and payment-provider eligibility. Choose from the options displayed at checkout and review your order details and final total before completing payment. Please see our Payment Methods page for details. Full payment and confirmation of the necessary order details are required before production begins.

Approve the Design for Production

Where artwork or a design proof is supplied, check the version carefully before approving it. Review the character's appearance, colors, spelling, logo position, measurements, and included items. If no separate proof is supplied, review the written specifications and reference images agreed for your order.

Keep approval and revision instructions in writing so the final requirements are clear. Production proceeds after payment, the necessary specifications, and any required design approval have been confirmed.

A wearable costume needs space for its wearer and a structure that supports movement and visibility. Some details in a flat drawing may require adjustment. Any material change to your agreed design should be discussed and agreed before it is made.

Pantone/PMS codes guide the color discussion. Screen colors and physical fabrics can differ, and a code alone does not guarantee an exact match. If a particular shade is essential, ask us to confirm the available material match before approval. Minor handmade variations do not excuse a material difference from the confirmed specifications.

Plan Production and Request Changes Promptly

Most GreatMascot products are made to order. Production normally takes 3–5 working days after payment and the necessary details are confirmed; complex customization may take longer. Ask for a schedule specific to your design.

Shipping time starts after dispatch. Free Shipping normally takes 10–15 working days, while Express Shipping normally takes 3–7 working days. These are estimates, and an estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed commitment to deliver for your event.

To request a change after ordering, email us promptly with your order number and the exact revision. After approval, changes may affect the price or schedule. Once production has begun, some changes may no longer be possible. We will explain any additional cost or timing change and obtain your agreement before proceeding with the revision.

Cancellation is separate from a design change: you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation depends on production progress; charges for completed work may apply, and an order in production or shipping may no longer be cancellable under our store policy. These conditions do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
