Size Guide
A great performance starts with the right fit.
Start with the person bringing your mascot to life. Check the wearer's height, body measurements and the requirements of your chosen design. Most GreatMascot costumes are made to order, so please confirm sizing details before production begins.

Use actual body measurements rather than a usual clothing size. Record the units with every measurement.

Contact us before ordering if you fall between height ranges, need a special size, or plan to share the costume.
Start with height
Find your size
These are the wearer-height ranges listed on GreatMascot product pages. They describe the person inside the costume, not the finished mascot's overall height. Check your selected product and ask us to resolve any difference before ordering.

Children's sizes

Choose by current measurements, rather than age alone. Both ranges include 130 cm, so please ask us which option suits a wearer at that height. For heights below 110 cm or above 150 cm, contact us for advice.
Availability depends on the design. Ask us to review the child's measurements and the fit of the headpiece, body and foot components. Orders should be placed by a parent, guardian or another adult purchaser.
Measure the person inside
How to measure
Use a flexible measuring tape over light, close-fitting clothing. Stand naturally and ask someone to help where possible. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without tightening it.

For an initial enquiry, include height, weight, chest and waist. Other details can help with design-specific questions. 1 inch = 2.54 cm; 1 kg ≈ 2.205 lb. Write feet and inches clearly, for example 5 ft 8 in.
A fit for your requirements
Special sizes & body proportions
Need a plus size, have broad shoulders, or have body proportions that may not suit the listed options? Send your measurements and product link before ordering. Height alone does not confirm body fit, and a taller size may not provide the adjustment you need.
Tell us about additional layers, a cooling vest or particular movements. Please confirm whether your selected design can accommodate these requirements, along with any additional cost or production time.
Sharing one costume?
Send measurements for every intended wearer. Ask us to review whether one size can suit the group; do not choose solely from the tallest person's height.
Different heights and body proportions can affect the fit of the body, headpiece and foot components. Confirm the intended wearer range before production.
Custom sizing & confirmation
Contact us to discuss a size adjustment for your chosen costume. Availability depends on the design and requested measurements. Please confirm the agreed sizing, price and schedule before ordering; a request in an order note still needs to be reviewed and agreed.
Production normally takes 3–5 working days after payment and the necessary order details are confirmed. More complex customization may take longer. If you discover a measurement error after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes after confirmation may affect the price or production schedule.
